This was a favorite of mine. Part 2 & 3 are also good. Haven't seen the other parts. I love being scared. I went to Halloween Horror Nights this past Saturday. I had a blast. Did you review the Conjuring? That's another good scary movie. Looking forward to continuing this journey with you.

2025-10-12 22:01:51 +0000 UTCI have never seen this movie and I am looking forward to it. I immediately recognized our heroine for this movie. She was in Troy. Her character Briseis was a Trojan but Brad Pitt (Achilles) saves and protects her. Possible viewing option in November. We also get Aqua-man's brother.

2025-10-10 08:03:53 +0000 UTCThank you, Amber! I remember you talking about Astral Projection as an interest of yours before. The dad in this movie, I believe, had a subconscious desire to avoid any psychic drama. Avoidance didn't quite work out for him.

2025-10-10 06:33:00 +0000 UTCExactly that's why the strangers is my favorite horror movie. Because it's not fiction. It has happened and it can happen to you. Human psychopaths are the scariest thing in movies because they are really out there

2025-10-10 02:34:21 +0000 UTCOK, super. Now I'm supposed to go to sleep??? Fantastic! Well, it WAS a great movie--had never seen it, it was fun watching you jump! The song you were talking about I can easily see in Sponge Bob. It was 'Tiptoe Through the Tulips' by Tiny Tim. It's funny how innocuous stuff like that, when they show up in a horror film suddenly seem so creepy, right? I've only seen Rose Byrne (the mom) in two other movies, and they were both comedies (Bridesmaids and Spy--both hilarious). The woman who played the psychic was also the over-zealous mom in Detroit Rock City and Cameron Diaz's way-too-tanned older friend in There's Something About Mary. You had asked about James Wan? Turns out he's the guy that WROTE and directed Saw--at least the first one. For me, I saw the that first Saw and then...nope, I'm good! Plenty of people love that series, though, which is perfectly fine. As for the dad having to grade papers at school??? Horse hockey! My buddy's wife teaches grade school...and she has ALWAYS graded all her stuff AT HOME! I think that guy was just finding any excuse to not go home to his psycho (in his mind) wife!

2025-10-10 02:16:27 +0000 UTCI believe a series you can check out and find very interesting is American Horror Story

2025-10-10 02:04:52 +0000 UTCI love scary movies as well. But I don't believe in the supernatural. Human nature is far more scarier than the Devil, evil spirit or demon in my opinion, because we don;t need any of that to do evil things to each other.

2025-10-10 01:36:22 +0000 UTCThe song is "Tip-toe Through the Tulips With Me", originally recorded in 1929. It had a resurgence in 1968 when recorded by a singer named Tiny Tim, who performed it live on a couple of TV shows. If a tenor or baritone sang the song, it would sound fairly normal, albeit old-fashioned. But it seems most artists (including the original 1929 performer) sing it in a weird falsetto, which makes it sound creepy.

2025-10-10 01:01:23 +0000 UTCOkay I must’ve watched this movie with my eyes closed before because I didn’t remember anything but this actually might give me nightmares 🤣 I don’t scare easy but for some reason this was actually kinda terrifying

2025-10-09 23:27:41 +0000 UTCI just watched this a few weeks back. And I’m back to watch it again now, with Amber! ♥️ Can’t wait to see what other spooky movies you’ve selected for us for the month of October. Insidious is definitely a good start. 😁

2025-10-09 22:46:55 +0000 UTCSo glad you are editing your own stuff! Cant wait to see the new style. Because you put out so much content and I know how much time it takes to edit, I went ahead and upped the 'ole monthly payment! Now I continue patiently waiting for Tom Petty haha

2025-10-09 22:34:09 +0000 UTCOh this is a good one! Time to put my feet up! These kind of horrors are my kind of horrors lol. TY Amber. You'll get the hang of editing BTW. I can crop videos myself now and edit normal videos, but those are just the basic stuff, not reaction editing, but there's a lot of easy programmes out there - good for you for doing it yourself! EDIT: R.L. Stein who does Goosebumps? He also has a book series called Fear street. On Netflix there's a Fear street trilogy that's (kinda supernatural) and so good! It starts of with 1994. :) and James Wan movies - the guy has 22 movies upcoming lol https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1490123/

2025-10-09 21:55:29 +0000 UTCGrrrl- I wanted to say thank you for how wonderfully engaging you were in your comments section during the “RHPS” watch. We all know how incredibly busy you are and I hope it was as fun for you as it was for the other people. Those of us in the 🏳️🌈 community felt like you embraced us in a really special way and your other subscribers were so very nice and welcoming. It was great to have a space where we can share a person experiencing a movie or music that we’ve embraced together in a wholesome, inclusive atmosphere. You’ve curated a special group via your dynamic, fun loving & caring personality. In hindsight, even when things were so tough & you had to fight to pull you & those kids to safety you were still a shining star! I’ll always be a cheerleader in your fan club with whatever public endeavors you choose to pursue. I’ve always loved your reactions but snooping into some of the pictures on your Instagram, I wouldn’t bet against you gaining serious traction as a fitness & single parent lifestyle influencer if that ever interests you. A ⭐️ is going to shine regardless of their position in the sky. Have a great evening!! * don’t worry about having to apologize for the glitches in the audio setup. We know now that you’re trying to do it on your own and that it takes time to dial it in but that eventually you’ll crush that too!! 💪💪
