2025-11-06 21:29:14 +0000 UTCThe movie is ok. My gripe is that Harley has never been part of The Birds of Prey. It is supposed to be a team led by Barbara Gordon as The Oracle (formerly Batgirl). Harley is part of Gotham City Sirens with Poison Ivy.

The girl with the crossbow (Huntress) is Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Ewan's real life wife. She plays Hera Syndulla in Star Wars Ahsoka series. I liked this movie, but I like anything with Margot Robbie. The song in the funhouse fight Barracuda is fitting because its by Heart. Sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson. Looking forward to The Flash. Just like the CW Flash TV series, it has a multiverse twist with multiple Batman's and Superman's. Incredible cast.

I think that in Dungeons & Dragons terms, Harley Quinn might be...maybe...Chaotic Neutral: not necessarily Good, but definitely not Evil. And it really is kinda hard NOT liking her, right? If you're into watching a bunch of chicks beat the bejeezus out of a guy--a bad guy, that is--than Tarantino's Death Proof (2007) should be right up your alley. The eternal question: Just how much "whiz" IS there in Cheez Whiz???? I love it, too. Haven't had any in a long time, but it certainly was a staple when I was younger. What's not to like?? cheese...in a can!

Cassandra Cain was one of several women to have taken on the costumed role of [redacted.] Renee Montoya was a Gotham PD detective who eventually succeeded a certain hero/investigator/conspiracy theorist in his costumed identity as [redacted.] Roman's assistant is Victor Zsasz, a Batman villain in the comics. Zsasz enjoys killing. He gives himself a scar every time he kills someone. Victor has a LOT of scars. Like, a LOT. This is the movie scene being referenced at 44:55. 2025-11-04 03:05:22 +0000 UTCI loved this movie. Margot Robbie was born to play Harley Quinn. Hell, Barbie as well, tbh. I see Harley a bit differently than most. Growing up, I watched Days Of Our Lives because that's what my mom watched. Arleen Sorkin's character Calliope Jones is the blueprint for Harley Quinn. So I always see Calliope. Robbie somehow brought that characters quirks into it as well, which earned MAD respect from me. If you're curious you can type in the two characters names for videos comparing. Excited to watch this tomorrow when I have some free time. I know you're going to love this. π―

The incredible sequel to The Shining is called "Doctor Sleep" based on the best-selling Stephen King novel that he wrote as a direct sequel to The Shining. Doctor Sleep came out in 2019 and is absolutely incredible. I know it's your kind of movie. Hope you get to it :)

When they made that movie, both he and Margot Robbie shared a lot of input over how Harley should be written. Honestly she should be able to keep her role and continue it for James Gunnβs new DC universe. I can apply the same for Idris Elba as Bloodsport and Daniela Melchior as Cleo Cazzo/Ratcatcher. At any rate, the only DC movie you need to watch for DCU continuity is Blue Beetle 2023. I hope you can check it out soon. On a side note, Marvel has a Halloween special called Werewolf by Night. And more importantly, youβre not too far from Deadpool & Wolverine. But BEFORE you can check it out, you gotta brush up on the X-Men films. Most of what you have left to watch is a lot of fun. After D&W, you only have three films left and youβre pretty much caught up. That includes Fantastic 4: First Steps which drops on Disney Plus tomorrow.
