Becky and Wrath of Becky have a Home Alone feel to them just a little more violent lol! The Christmas Chronicles and The Santa Clause (1994) are great Christmas movies.

Another great/enjoyable reaction Amber <3... This is a classic Christmas movie and Home Alone 2 is just as fun. But Christmas movies to the side for a second a great Macaulay Culkin movie you should check out is "The Good Son" 1993
and Joe Pesci (He played Harry) films that you would enjoy are GoodFellas 1990. he had both Home Alone And GoodFellas in the same year 1990 showing his great range in acting... and Joe winning an Oscar for his performance in Goodfellas (True Story) and Casino 1995 ( True Story)

Haven't seen this in years, forgot John Candy was in it! It was for sure a funny, yet wholesome movie! Catherine O'Hara plays Eugene Levy's wife in Schitt's Creek--love her.
Now that you've seen (re-watched) this, I think you're perfectly primed for Violent Night (2022). I'm surprised (rightly or wrongly) that no one's mentioned it. We need to give your boy David "Hop" Harbour some love! Violent Night references Home Alone (among others) heavily and at the end is another wholesome Christmas movie...just an even more chaotic take on it 😁...with maybe just a little dash of violence 😉
As for the list you mentioned towards the end: Uncle Buck, Christmas Vacation--btw, LOVE the shirt...and the mug!--Grumpy/ier Old Men, I'm totally down for a rewatch. Those are certainly some of those movies I, for one, would watch (and have watched) over and over.
I LOVED the tobogganing scene! When I was little, we had a toboggan, and that was our winter activity. When I was...maybe 4...I was run over by my entire family--well, my siblings--in the toboggan. Just my legs, though, so I guess it wasn't THAT bad. I fondly remember all those times waxing the toboggan. I used to have one of those 'Flexible Flyers' with the red rails and "steering". We would go down this big, icy hill, then at the bottom, crank the 'steering' to the right to make ourselves roll! Reckless abandon at it's finest!
A lot of great Christmas movie suggestions mentioned. I think there's enough there to fill an entire month!!
