Just my personal take. Erin is great. I would totally smash. However, Andy should have never broke up with Jessica. She was sweet and seemed to genuinely love Andy for himself. Her family and friends accepted him despite his oddities. His relationship with her appears simple and uncomplicated. It doesn’t really get much better than that.
