I can’t believe nobody has recommended Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band movie (1978). That’s a Beatles musical with The BeeGees, Peter Frampton, Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, Steve Martin, Earth Wind and Fire, and many more. Such an underrated movie…kinda cheesy though lol. I love it. I bought it on Amazon Prime Video! You should check it out! SO good. I think it’s also on Netflix now!

Amber - The music here was obviously great, the story pretty straight forward and dramatic. Hoping you'll still watch "Yesterday". It's literarily a rom-com with Beatles music. Right up your alley, imo.

I'm telling you, if you're into musicals and you liked The Odyssey, you gotta react to Epic: The Musical, it's a musical adaptation of The Odyssey lol

Amber - Believe it or not, the guy with the beard and cowboy hat singing "We are the Walrus"....that's Bono from U2 :)

I also get the feeling that you're going to revisit all the songs you hadn't heard before... I'll be waiting 😁

You should actually listen to Being the Benefit of Mr. Kite. It is actually a cool song, lyrically obscure, but Lennon does an amazing job. And. Musically fantastic...a lot going on.

One of my absolute favorites. When the movie was released I remember some bad mouthing it because they used already released songs. As you said though so much thought had to go into creating a storyline and to figure out which songs to use to push the narrative. Incredible. Oh and Tom Sturgess (Jude) was such a surprise with that voice.

How you gonna cut it off when Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds starts playing, lol. Great reaction!
