as some of you are aware, a previous member of this patreon/discord is trying to rip me off by stealing my cars and selling them as his own. Ive already had his website taken down, his patreon is next.
Legal will be going ahead toward himself and anyone using the stolen content as not only is he breaking the law, but anyone caught using the cars is as well.
If you paid for these horrendous attempts to profit from my hard work, you may want to get a refund and delete the cars asap.
Anyone seen using the cars will be banned from this discord and the BCRCMODS patreon immediately. There will be no warnings, instant bans.
Dont be fooled by a desperate mans attempt to make money because he's too lazy to get a job.. David Daniel, aka Dax, aka Country thunder muppets etc, is stealing multiple peoples work, reskinning them and trying to sell them, because he hasnt the talent to actually achieve anything worth a dollar. Do yourself a favor and dont be ripped off by this "man"....

The skins, are actually classed as my artwork, they aren't just templates given by the teams and slapped on cars. The cars, are my work, the physics, all written from scratch, again, my work. There's terms and conditions when downloading the cars, by downloading them, you agree to the terms. Pretty simple really. I have eyes everywhere and people linked to all corners of the AC world, it's really not difficult to find those using the cars as I've found a few and started dealing with them as needed. I've had websites removed and more coming, the list goes on.. don't be like those people that assume there's nothing I can do, as there's actually a lot I can do and have already done, and will continue to do so.

I'm not knocking you, you do fantastic work, which I am more than happy to support. But, being nothing more than devils advoate, on what grounds could you go after them? What is actually your property that is being stolen, the cars? The manufacturers own the cars. The skins? Teams and the promoters own them. Like I said, it pisses me off when people do this because I know how much time it takes to not only make the 3d models of the cars, but to also make them drivable in the game. The only way this, imo, can be stopped is those like me , who actually pay you, call these conmen out. Because that is what they are, conmen.

2024-05-24 05:08:11 +0000 UTCyeah its crazy, he's stealing heaps of other peoples mods, changing part names and texture names, and trying to resell them...so, unfortunately, im in a position where i have to instantly remove people and remove any future access as poeple all know, i made the cars... its been posted all over social media etc etc.
