Just a little post here to see what you guys are thinking of the GEN3 2024 cars? Also curious to know if theres any requests you'd have for the cars, or changes you think should be made.
I am already considering making a third set of tires, possibly even two more sets, but we'll see what you guys think!
I may also make adjustments to the AI as well as i think they over turn the corners a little, causing them to slide too much in the front end.
So, let me know in the comments what you think and hope for in an update. Also, let me know any issues you may have come across!

2024-10-14 14:57:29 +0000 UTCThese are amazing cars. I run a gaming centre in Launceston(Optimal Gamin) and ran a Bathurst enduro on Bathurst day. We did 161 laps of the track in these cars. I have run many enduros in my centre but this was the best one. All the guys that came LOVED the cars and track. AWESOME JOB! Our next one will be in the GT3 cars , track still to be determined though. Edit - I just noticed further down that someone had ripped your cars and was selling as his(rest assured i am a member of the Patreon and paid for my cars). I did how ever change some logos on the track to be my business and some of the guys that come business. If this is against terms let me know and i will delete the stream and change the tracks back. I can also add a note to the stream VOD that cars and track were provided by you. Let me know :)

Yeah there's really no point in doing anything with a supra as the car will be based on the 2026 model of the road car, and we don't know exactly what that's gonna look like yet haha

They are a ton of fun to drive and I've just discovered that you've released a few track updates with better AI lines so I'm keen to give them a go. Would love to see the new Supra but given that doesn't actually exist yet that seems a bit of a long shot :) Keep doing what you're doing.

2024-10-05 21:10:13 +0000 UTCI am a big fan of the BRCR GT3 cars. They look and sound amazing. The C7R Corvette's external engine sound is perfect. But the interior engine sound is too high-pitched. I own C5 and C6 Corvettes. The interior engine note is not that different in pitch from the exterior engine notes. The classic cars are so much fun to drive. the RX8 cars are a real challenge to drive, with their interesting understeer characteristics, I am looking forward to the release of the C8R Corvette. Great job... keep it up.

I'm not sure how you can have an issue with the sounds as they are the actual cars sounds... Do me a favor, hop in discord voice when I'm in there tomorrow and show me how you drive them.. id love to see

2024-08-04 11:03:54 +0000 UTCJust downloaded it but to honest I cant bare to drive them! The sounds is off putting - doesnt sound anything like a v8 supercar! Im sure there is improvement to come but no shift lights and the sound needs to be fixed. Just watch a V8 supercar race please and go from there. Having said this I coudnt do any better if I tried so dont take the feedback the wrong way but sound is one of the most immersive parts of any sim racing experience

2024-08-04 11:02:39 +0000 UTCHonestly I couldn't care less what people have to say, most have no idea what's involved with making these cars, especially from scratch. The mod comes with 24 liveries for 2024 and 25 for 2023, there's also a tonne of other cars etc that are on the Patreon too, meaning currently, one month subscription makes all of my content work out to about 32 cents a car... Pretty cheap I think. There's optional liveries that take countless hours to do, so asking $3.50 USD is also pretty cheap given commission liveries can cost up in the hundreds. I don't compare what I do to other modders, because quite frankly, my work is ten fold better than what's already out there, because I won't release it unless it is. Let's not forget I've also released as much free content as paid.. Tracks, GT3 cars, classic cars, historic cars, V8 Utes, and I'm about to release 15 Cars movie cars. Patreon is about supporting creators, it was designed to help creators, create. It was never originally designed to be a "how much can I get for this?" Scenario. 4k liveries reduce performance, quite substantially and 8k liveries are made to try and make poor mods look good. They are literally senseless. All the series liveries, have released on day one, the extras I'm doing, are optional extras mate.. most of which I get nagged to do because people love the classic liveries to bring back memories and to see how they look on new cars.

It could do with 4k/8k liveries like other modders are making to make it look 2024 worthy, feels a bit 2018 in looks. another suggestion is release skins on day one of mod release like VRC/RSS/URD and others do over at overtake.gg for free exposure (even if the skin is already in the base mod). Also possibly make it a webpage to buy from, not patreon. patreon is too expensive, you pay for the mod, but then you have to keep paying monthly with subsription. also dont charge for extra skins! they should be at minimum part of the subscription to get content rollout to your subscribers - or like i said, upload them free to overtake.gg and you will get instant paying customers for the base mod. grow your exposure, you are getting beat up on a few forums for hiding behind the paywall of patreon and discord, so a lot of people either dont know about the mod, or dont trust if will be any good. to be honest most modders on patreon ARE shit, so you will get an unwanted reputation.

2024-07-30 07:07:17 +0000 UTCThe mod is great and drives really well. A few classic skin packs from 2015-2022 would also be cool. Yes, other cars were driven back then, but it would certainly be a fun and nice way to round off the mod.

They are the reason I had for joining patreon in the first place, then I was pleasantly surprised to find other cars in the discord. They have all been top notch (especially the Utes)
