Finally got around to updating the membership descriptioins
Added 2023-12-14 17:33:16 +0000 UTCThe tiers are now confirmed as Thirty and Twenty chapters respectively, ahead of RR. Just making the tiers conform with reality, no other changes came in. I'm just making sure everyone knows. Thanks,
