P4 Chie, character and mod release

The good:
I figured out the skirt bones! (Fixed skirts for Yukari and Fuuka soon(ish)!)
The bad:
Her eyes don't fully close (I tried my best)
Once again, two cards for the two hair styles.
The first outfit is the one I ported, the others are from other peoples cards from the booru, slightly modified. Use the latest Better Repack for best compatibility.
If you want any other outfit or character made , feel free to leave a suggestion so I might include it in some future outfit poll.
