P3 girls card updates + Yukari mod update

I know, it's a bit silly to do this now, when P3R is just around the corner, but it was a quick little side thing I did between the armor parts.
Fuuka and Mitsuru are relatively new character, so the changes are minimal, smaller upper head, wider chin, thicker lips, other small stuff.
Yukari changed a lot! She was my first full mod, and I did a lot of stuff differently back then. The face is mostly changed, hair is new, with proper weight (no more crazy jiggle on top) and the skirt is not so poofy.
