P5 Chihaya character and mod release

The mods consists of:
The Outfit:
-The Dress (Top)
-The Shoes
-The Hair
-The Necklace
You can use Material editor on the dress to remove the undershirt (Needs body alpha editing/removal!).
The Necklace and the dangly thing on the dress can be edited with DBDE if you decide to change character proportions and some clipping occurs.
