It's an Arquined Lana!

But here we have the winner of the previous poll! Lana. Of course she was too young so I made her at least as old as the rest of the Pokegirls I've done before.
She's supposed to be kept afloat by that bubble around her head. That's why I added those water lines around her, and a version with a darker background, so you can see the effect better.
Next week: it's the return of an old recurring idea! And maybe a future YCH?
