Can't wait for you to listen to the rest of the SailNorth songs, this song has parts of two of his earlier songs. Especially can't wait for you to listen to Tale of the Shadow. Tied with Broken Mast Bay for 1st place, for me. Shadow has great storytelling, although I just like the music of Broken Mast Bay a tiny bit better. Shadow it still a banger though.

Against The Tide (The Captain's Tarantella) is my favourite for singing along in the car, I hope you check that one out too sometime.

If I remember correctly I think Sail North said that a fan or maybe multiple fans made remarks to a song they released a while ago called Bones about what if the child is that captain daughter and in response Sail North was inspired and made this song.
