Seikyuu's here just to remind you that if you do have a call as a reward, and you didn't use them this month, they can be rolled over (up to three total hours) for next month! I really do believe in the idea that you deserve back what kindness you give, so that's why this is my policy! (But please don't feel pressured either! Do what makes you comfortable!)
