2024-03-16 06:14:17 +0000 UTCGreat finale :) And I just saw this article saying that Seasons 2 & 3 have already been approved: https://www.netflix.com/tudum/articles/avatar-the-last-airbender-season-2 Hopefully, they'll be getting all the actors together, and filming seasons 2 and 3 together, to keep Aang from looking too old by the end... Already watched Korra 1-3, and fully caught up - can't wait to see the next Korra episode with y'all :)

In the cartoon he basically changes his mind not because of Katara’s skill and determination but because he learned that she’s the granddaughter of the woman he loved. I do wish Katara had done some training with him though.

I remember Meesh said she’s seen korra but how long ago was that again? I’m rewatching and I’m honestly loving it even more than the first watch. There’s a couple of things improved on but I’ll be looking forward to seeing Dee experience this new show!

I mean, she’s super talented and did learn a bunch on her own from that scroll, but having someone like Master Pakku to guide her was a big deal. She didn’t fully master and get better until after the North Pole. It’s kind of weird they didn’t show more of their teacher-student bond, since it was such a key part of her leveling up. In our opinion, it wasn’t convincing enough. lol

2024-03-05 21:43:50 +0000 UTCAwesome reaction!🔥 Korra will go hard! Plus Zhao still got taken he didnt die immediately. I wish they actually SHOWED us like i the cartoon cause that scene was hardcore.😭 But apparently since everything turned black & white, anything that was glowing blue was part on the Moon Spirit. It was very subtle, but if you notice he fell right into the glowey part😂 "How did Katar become a master" okay c'mon guys😂 even in the Cartoon she literally taught herself via the scroll way before ever reaching the Northern Water Tribe. And in the cartoon, Katara is REALLY powerful and a quick learner like Aang. So hopefully next season they'll show Aang showing her up in her waterbending...cause she struggled more than Aang so I think they'll keep that little detail of her being jealous. So yeah its the same as the animation - there were even scenes in this Live Action where you see her practicing in the backgroud. Its 8 episodes, but they obviously spent days/weeks in their journey to get to the Northern Water Tribe. Pakku even commened on how she was completely self-taught
