if you check out the league cinematic "The Call" you'll see peak pores & skin animation across the entire gaming industry. just pause at the eye closeup and marvel at Riot cinematic department's talent

Space oddeysey jinx is a fun cinematic trailer.

The limitations of keeping it under the arcane banner is that you're kinda tied to this animation style. While it's amazing and really detailed, it might not lend itself as well to other settings necessarily? And it takes a long time to make clearly. But if you make a new show with a new title you're basically free to go with any animation style you want. They could have a more anime feel to it going into Ionia too

Keep in mind that these two are a decade+ old and were made when Riot was still an infant compared to the company it is now. The cinematics from the last several years make these two look like high school kid projects by comparison. Also, please watch the "tales of runeterra" series. It is a set of short videos by Riot, each one set in a different country / region of their world. A great way to learn about the cultures, areas, and characters from each area. A lot of other Arcane reactors seem to like those because they give a good idea of the vibe of each place. There is one for Ionia for example. Other great cinematics: Annie: Origins (2018), which is the story of the little girl with the fire bear. Call of Power (2019) Awaken (2019) Fiddlesticks: Terror in Demacia (2020) Warriors (2020) The Call (2022), All that will ever be (2022, watch after the call) Still Here (2024) They also have lots of music, with music videos - Pentakill is one band (rotating members, tons of songs (3 albums). Mortal reminder is most popular. KDA is one band (several rotating members, several songs) True Damage (only 1 song?) Heartsteel (only 1 song) And every year they do a partnership with a major artist for their world championship competition anthem - Warriors (2014) Worlds collide (2015) Ignite (2016) Legends Never Die (2017) Rise (2018) Phoenix (2019) Take Over (2020) Burn it All Down (2021) Star Walkin (2022) GODS (2023) The 2024 song will be in ~Oct/Nov.

Just putting this here, There are 13 regions and 160+ characters at the moment in league. Also can't wait for you to see more cinematics. โœŒ๏ธ

A real good start in the actual cinematics, but be assured: it gets better! ๐Ÿ˜‰ As for Arcane: I'd assume season 2 is totally focussed on Piltover and Zaun, although we will see more of Noxus for sure, but most likely still in P&Z. Then I could imagine the third season will zoom out and build a bridge to another region. Then a new show. So max 3 season for "Arcane" imo Btw combining these 2 cinematics you actually saw 4 characters from 2 "ships" in LoL, but not the one you picked...๐Ÿ˜œ
