When, and if, M&D choose to do things outside of official LoL cinematics and promo material, I'm sure they will let ya'll know. Your patience is appreciated. We have to keep in mind though that their channel is meant for movie and show reactions. It is great that they are going (running actually ) this path with League nevertheless . 𧑠We still have ideas for League content and as long as they enjoy it as they obviously do I don't fear they will drop it soon. π In the end there are still some months to cover until Arcane 2 is finally there. π

I guess it would be NC 17 (at least R rated) content though... π I would also add Song Of Nunu to the games you surely would like to play. It is so wholesome to travel through the Freljord with them and occasionally team up with Braum. Great game. The hope goes for the MMO for sure.

It's been a fun experience assembling guides and coordinating with MoP who does the powerpoints for the champs. There'll definitely be more League content though, no worries - didn't mean to imply they were going to stop with all their League things!

Skin and champ trailers like Lissandra, Kalista, Odyssey, reviewing Skin splasharts, Last 2 season start cinematics or A New Dawn, opening ceremonies and Worlds songs, Necrit videos ... so much to do and I didn't even mention voice lines which can be one video each almost ^.^

2024-07-17 00:58:12 +0000 UTCThink the reason Riot Forge got shut down was just going with the flow of the past 2 years ... meta/google/twitter/microsoft etc. all let tons of ppl go so Riot/Tencent was just late with that compared to the others. For example ppl all loved Hi-Fi-Rush (never played it myself) and I think the game even got a game award but Microsoft still closed the whole studio responsible for the game which no1 understood aka being successful or not might not always play a role. Back to the topic: I played the Ruined King game the day it released - grew up with round based combat like early Final Fantasy titles and getting the choice of choosing your team of champs (3 out of 6) just felt so nice. No pressure performing in a PvP, no pressure to play strong champs depending on balancing, just you and your love for w/e champion you like. I think that's also a reason ppl await the Riot MMO so much - roleplaying as a char while you don't need to compete with others in a universe like League just seems like easy money. Today a new PvE mode in the League client releases - I think the first after ... 6 years? Especially the western community has waited for such a mode and big streamers which don't even play LoL will probably try it out. It's called Swarm, the playable champs all have the new skins releasing this patch (Anima Squad) and it's a Bullet Heaven game (The genre Vampire Survivors 2021 "found" and which spawned 10s of games with the style of you being in the center shooting 100s of projectiles and getting stronger each time you start a new game). Hope this goes through the roof, but usually if Riot "copies" something it's just a better version (Dota 2 -> League; Counterstrike/Overwatch/Call of Duty -> Valorant; Hearthstone -> Legends of Runeterra; Dota Auto Chess -> Teamfight Tactics). Last but not least I don't know of any VR plans from Riot for anything ... all I can think of might be non-playalke video content from non-Riot ppl on special websites where you have some 1-on-1 time with different champions - though one might have to conclude further research when it comes to such content ;)

2024-07-17 00:49:40 +0000 UTCOnce you guys watch more cinematics you should watch the youtuber necrit's lore videos. Specifically the ones where hes talking about the mmo. The first one "the world of riots mmo is already done" is the first one but the others are really good as well he explains every region simply with a bunch of cool art the riot has released. The videos are kinda fast tho so i think it would also be cool if yall paused after each region then looked at the list of champions for each region on the league universe website, mainly because he talks more about the region rather than the individual champions and it also gives you time to process wtf hes saying lol!
