In exchange for her second chance at life and at the cost of her innocence

No rest for the pregnant. The red glowing creature is the way noxus interprets kindred, or atleast the wolf, who is more prevalent there since noxians dont wanna die peacefully, and they'll always fight it. Depending on the region Kindred looks different because they're an abstract entity that takes the shape of how they're perceived. the base skin kindred is the one the freljordians imagine, spirit blossom is the ionian version. It would be dope to see more of how other regions imagine kindred in upcoming media, like piltover & zaun

Noxus Kindred looks like a wolf (like in this video) Freljord kindred is the white one (in Still Here). And then there is the spirit blossom kindred skin is what Ionias see kindres as. Demacia has one also but not sure what kind.

From my understanding, Kindred looks different based on region and culture which is why kindred is somewhat unrecognizable. The other champions have all had close calls with death (not entirely sure on that), which is why they are hanging out here with Kindred, Ambassa is now experiencing the same thing. She sacrifices her innocence (the lamb) and becomes the warlord we know in Arcane (the wolf). The child with the lamb is, from my understanding, her son that died who she said was naive, then later on we see the fetus which we can interpret as Mel.
