Sync Guidelines

Pausing and Playing: Due to the length of the movie, we may have taken a couple of pauses/breaks. This means you may need to sync up your copy of the movie/show again. We will give a verbal countdown such as "3, 2, 1... Start." You should click "start" on your copy of the show to sync again. We tried to minimize any cuts/pauses but just in case you need to re-sync, you can follow the subtitles from the video and sync with your copy.
Dual Monitor Setup: Utilize a dual monitor PC setup for simultaneous viewing of both screens.
Split Screen Viewing: Employ the split-screen function on your device to watch the reaction and your show/movie side by side.
Connectivity Options: Consider Chromecast/screen-sharing or HDMI connection to a TV, allowing for a larger display of one screen while using another device for the reaction video.

2024-12-12 18:42:12 +0000 UTCKeeping it spoiler free so don't elaborate past that: i dont actually remember having a single hook for me, but i think the first episode was my hook because i love stories that open with the "and shit went wrong, real fast" lol. but i think the second hook that sparked some more attention from me came in a bit later: it actually caught me sleeping off guard in the background :) and the final hook that cemented me for years to come is THE anticipated of this season that broke the internet... after that, i was in it for the long run, even with the downtime before the rest of the world got onboard that hype train that never just kept on going for years!

2024-12-11 22:48:22 +0000 UTC@meesh @dee the one amazing thing about this show that does better than many anime, is that people who get hurt, who get tired, who get sick, who need recovery, who need training etc, it doesn't JUST happen overnight, and injuries and recovery matters. They even focus on how breathing and mastering how to optimize your body and movements. The same sword slice with the same power can be weaker if done wrong, and vice versa. The hit could be weak or the sword can snap or his body could feel recoil from the shock etc.. (all shown in this episode). The fact that it took Tanjiro around 2 years of training to BARELY be allowed to go to the final selection, is nothing, and that's considering that tanjiro already was chopping wood and actively moving coal around for the family... and not sitting like me watching youtube :P The skill progression and character development in the show is very well sprinkled out to be more reasonable than many anime tropes usually do. (That's actually why people complain about "demon slayer story mid" because they just want the constant "over the top" powers. When in reality, the show sends a message to reward those who never give up and keep improving, baby steps like today ps: if you like sabito's voice... remember that when we get to AoT lmao
