Sync Guidelines
Videos are edited in watch-along style format, so you will need your own copy of the film/show to sync with us.
*We will count down 3...2...1... START. Press play right when we say "Start" for accurate syncing. We are still in the process of figuring out time codes*
To ensure compliance with copyright laws and to enhance your viewing experience, our reaction videos require synchronization with your own copy of the content. Here's a detailed guide to seamlessly sync your viewing:
Pausing and Playing: Due to the length of the movie, we may have taken a couple of pauses/breaks. This means you may need to sync up your copy of the movie/show again. We will give a verbal countdown such as "3, 2, 1... Start." You should click "start" on your copy of the show to sync again. We tried to minimize any cuts/pauses but just in case you need to re-sync, you can follow the subtitles from the video and sync with your copy.
Dual Monitor Setup: Utilize a dual monitor PC setup for simultaneous viewing of both screens.
Split Screen Viewing: Employ the split-screen function on your device to watch the reaction and your show/movie side by side.
Connectivity Options: Consider Chromecast/screen-sharing or HDMI connection to a TV, allowing for a larger display of one screen while using another device for the reaction video.
These methods facilitate a connected and immersive reaction viewing experience, ensuring you're perfectly in sync with our content. 😊

Yeah, the over explaining is an anime thing but you get used to it. And for some anime you'll actually appreciate it sometimes as they could get confusing. For example, for me, JJK was kinda tough to follow along to at times but the narrator explanations helped a lot lol

2024-12-11 17:52:29 +0000 UTCalso inner thought tend to have a different font, also as a lot of anime is based on manga which can be limited they use text to explain some thing which has sorted carried over into anime, same with kdramas which may have been originaly from a light novel, so its sort of become a sort of style thing

Lovely reaction though <3, i love how Dee was like "YEAHHH nezuko, go eat up gurlllllll" lmao ... ya'll scary sometimes. --- I'm sorry i didn't get a chance to warn you about skipping the intros and outros but now you know, and i dont think you retained enough from it due to music vibing lmao, so just be careful to avoid future intros. Also, we had that discussion about netflix vs crunchyroll. For those who are using crunchy, you might get a temporary desync for the flash cards scene but we're working on finding the right path forward after E5. :thumbsup: I also addressed the concept of "anime time" and "inner monologue" and "narrating actions" to the girls that it's an anime trope that demon slayer handles surprisingly better than other animes, but we're good there. I also reminded them (they're already 5 episodes in unfortunately) to watch the taisho era secrets at the end, so now they know. They worried about them being spoilery or previews but it's been clarified :) -- Anything else i missed? :)
