Sync Guidelines
Videos are edited in watch-along style format, so you will need your own copy of the film/show to sync with us.
*We will count down 3...2...1... START. Press play right when we say "Start" for accurate syncing. We are still in the process of figuring out time codes*
To ensure compliance with copyright laws and to enhance your viewing experience, our reaction videos require synchronization with your own copy of the content. Here's a detailed guide to seamlessly sync your viewing:
Pausing and Playing: Due to the length of the movie, we may have taken a couple of pauses/breaks. This means you may need to sync up your copy of the movie/show again. We will give a verbal countdown such as "3, 2, 1... Start." You should click "start" on your copy of the show to sync again. We tried to minimize any cuts/pauses but just in case you need to re-sync, you can follow the subtitles from the video and sync with your copy.
Dual Monitor Setup: Utilize a dual monitor PC setup for simultaneous viewing of both screens.
Split Screen Viewing: Employ the split-screen function on your device to watch the reaction and your show/movie side by side.
Connectivity Options: Consider Chromecast/screen-sharing or HDMI connection to a TV, allowing for a larger display of one screen while using another device for the reaction video.
These methods facilitate a connected and immersive reaction viewing experience, ensuring you're perfectly in sync with our content. π

2025-01-21 02:51:55 +0000 UTCSo in this episode we find out that Tanjiro, much like zenitsu, has been trained by a former hashira. Keep in mind that the hashira are the strongest of the strong. If Nezuko doesn't control herself here, it's not just her life that would be immediately dispatched, but if you look at giyu, he's resigned and quiet mostly because he knows that his fate is tied to this moment now: if she attacks, she dies, tanjiro dies, Urokudaki dies, and he (giyu) dies, so a lot is on the line here. Also I appreciate that, while everyone does indeed get emotionally attached by the fact Shiganezua Sanemi (wind hashira with scars) attacks nezuko, or that the hashira all are looking to kill the demon, you seem to be understanding of the fact that those are HASHIRA. They have seen the WORST of the WORST and survived. And nezuko's case is unprecedented, and they have seen family and friends and other demon slayers die to demons... It's not going to be something they can just shrug off... for all they know it's just a ruse, because that would make them question things: why nezuko would be any different or special? why not all the other demons that turned evil, including those they had to put down themselves? it's not an easy notion to cope with, so they're on the defense and had we not been viewing the story from tanjiro's POV, we all would see it logically from their perspective... Think of it like those movies or tv shows with zombies, and someone gets bit by a zombie, and there's that one character that doesnt tell others that they got bit or that they're protecting a zombie, and we the viewers would be screaming how absurd it is and how that jeoperdizes their safety... we can only do that because we are in that pov... but here, we are attached to nezuko, but their viewpoint is completely valid if not justified. Also, we talked about it offline, but the translation is off here, it's less about "Flamboyant" and more "Flashy". Also i'm not sure if the netflix subtitles show it or not in the top like crunchyroll, but all the hashira specialize in a breathing technique and when each got introduced, they said what they specialize in. If you didnt see that in your netflix edit, watch it on crunchyroll now that you're getting crunchy for the s2e1 and movie preparation.
