We will give a verbal countdown such as "3, 2, 1... Start." You should click "start" on your copy of the show to sync again. We tried to minimize any cuts/pauses but just in case you need to re-sync, you can follow the subtitles from the video and sync with your copy.
Dual Monitor Setup: Utilize a dual monitor PC setup for simultaneous viewing of both screens.
Split Screen Viewing: Employ the split-screen function on your device to watch the reaction and your show/movie side by side.
Connectivity Options: Consider Chromecast/screen-sharing or HDMI connection to a TV, allowing for a larger display of one screen while using another device for the reaction video.

The arts are always really cool, though sometimes it's a pain when having to sync up again π€¦ββοΈπ

2025-01-31 23:44:06 +0000 UTCThe reason why we wanted to watch E1 first is because it introduces some characters in the show and because the ending of this episode lines up with the ending of last season (them boarding the train). Although just to explain why the dedicated episode happened here without tanjiro: the movie came out before the show's series, and didn't include E1 because i'm guessing the producers of the movie were worried that if the movie started with Rengoku instead of Tanjiro as the first character they see, then those who dont watch demon slayer's entire season 1 would not know that Tanjiro is the main character of the show with nezuko etc, and that we just met rengoku. Which i think is nice character development, similar to how we learned about zenitsu and inosuke and lady kocho etc even though they still haven't had a dedicated episode/movie for them yet. So that's why it's a bit of a hot topic about the order of watching, because this episode is technically supposed to be preceding the movie (like this) but some argue that the movie came to theaters first and that's how THEY watched it in japan (vs the west), so it's a bit of a toss up. Both work just fine, ultimately you now know who Rengoku is, and his father's story, and the meme about Tasty! (UMAI!) which is actually my text message ringtone when my mom texts me to invite me for lunch LOL. Also, rewatching E1 is still great because it's just such a beautifully animated and well lit episode, and the musical score is good that you can watch it dozens of times and feel like u learn new things each time.
