Upper 6 or not there is no such thing as a weak upper rank.

High key simping for Daki

DJHangover 21

in japanese, there's no concept of he/she, daki just referred to them as both, so it's a toss up i guess in terms of intent, but still, just feels out of place because of later stuff she says

Cyber

No, crunchyroll got it wrong. In the manga, Daki says "she"

19:00 actually @meesh that's an example of the discrepancy in netflix translations. in the crunchyroll, the upper 6 demon immediately realized that zenitsu IS a boy, Daki the sexy as hell fiiiiiiiiine demon kept saying "HE is a demon slayer, HE is strong but HE is not as strong as a hashira". She knew from the bat that he's a dude and it's to show that she's using him as bait to draw out the hashira all along... but netflix says differently. Edit: some say that the manga says "she" but the Japanese language doesn't usually specify he\she, so I believe it was meant to be implied in the original language that she knew or at least left abstract. So for now I'm not going to argue what the manga or Netflix or Crunchyroll translator decided but based on a certain line said later, I always assumed she figured out it's a he. But I guess I could be wrong and that stone by me, because the end result is the same: she realized that "he\she\they zenitsu" was not a house girl but a demon slayer. also, you are right in your memory: lower 6s have been swapped around a lot, but upper 6s have not been changed for at least 100+ years, so they've survived that long because they're THAT strong.

Cyber

Zenitsu taking that hit like a champ. And he’s so good immediately being able to tell that she was a demon
