Sync Guidelines
Videos are edited in watch-along style format, so you will need your own copy of the film/show to sync with us.
*We will count down 3...2...1... START. Press play right when we say "Start" for accurate syncing. We are still in the process of figuring out time codes*
To ensure compliance with copyright laws and to enhance your viewing experience, our reaction videos require synchronization with your own copy of the content. Here's a detailed guide to seamlessly sync your viewing:
Pausing and Playing: Due to the length of the movie, we may have taken a couple of pauses/breaks. This means you may need to sync up your copy of the movie/show again. We will give a verbal countdown such as "3, 2, 1... Start." You should click "start" on your copy of the show to sync again. We tried to minimize any cuts/pauses but just in case you need to re-sync, you can follow the subtitles from the video and sync with your copy.
Dual Monitor Setup: Utilize a dual monitor PC setup for simultaneous viewing of both screens.
Split Screen Viewing: Employ the split-screen function on your device to watch the reaction and your show/movie side by side.
Connectivity Options: Consider Chromecast/screen-sharing or HDMI connection to a TV, allowing for a larger display of one screen while using another device for the reaction video.
These methods facilitate a connected and immersive reaction viewing experience, ensuring you're perfectly in sync with our content. π

2025-04-19 20:02:33 +0000 UTCI believe another part of Captain Son's motivation is that he knows E-ranks face a lot of discrimination when it comes to getting work (as shown especially in the prior episode, when the miners are gossiping). He assumes Jinwoo is volunteering because he really needs the cash, and he wants to give him that opportunity; it's another way of showing how fair-minded he is.

2025-04-19 19:30:27 +0000 UTCBrace yourselves, this might get long but there's a lot to cover in this episode: i can see others called out that the "glitch" with the orc is just the boss orc (Karlgargan or whatever his name is) "possessed" him to remotely talk with the crew. But another thing worth of note here is that Jinwoo didn't reveal himself when killing enemies and the girl didn't out him because "technically" those gates belong to the Hunters' guild, they paid for the rights to clear those and get the mana crystals and any loot/creatures for them to train against or kill and earn. It's similar to how jinwoo/jinho bought the rights to other C gates before. So Jinwoo "interfering" is seen as bad faith here, for legal and political reasons to not get involved since he's a guest carrier here, not part of the guild, so that's why he didnt want to out himself yet or why the girl didn't immediately out him, to shield him from paperwork drama. Another thing worth off note here is that Cha Hae-in the dancer's extremely sensitive to mana/aura that the hunters give off. It's not something common but she has a rare situation with her awakening where she can smell them and feel their aura much stronger than others, and that's one of the reasons she covers her face in every single scene we've seen her before when around hunters, and how she noticed jinwoo immediately last episode when coming out of the gate, and also why she's so "infatuated" and surprised that jinwoo doesn't smell "bad" (aura smell) like the other hunters... It's like walking next to hunters that smell of garlic all the time and then suddenly she doesnt smell it, it's like a "omg i can actually smell something different here wHaT?" Also during that scene, the BOSS of the gate is still alive. They can kill all the monsters in a gate but they leave hte BOSS alive AFTER they're done mining and collecting corpses because the gate only closes AFTER the boss is killed. So it lets them do their work without engaging the boss and then they finally go and kill the boss when the mining crew is done. Just for clarification as to why Cha Hae-in was extremely wary of why this random miner was near the boss gate, because if the boss is startled and sets loose, the miners in the cave might get hurt or the boss has to be killed and the excavation efforts are thwarted and they lose a lot of investments. -- Lastly, this is not a spoilerr but easter eggs from former episodes about this current team: it seems like the main reason why the A ranked captain WANTED E-rank jinwoo to be on the team is because it's his first raid after becoming captain for first time. If he can go into an A-rank dungeon with an E-Rank and keep him alive, it shows that he's capable of protecting anyone and it shows that he's a good leader for team, for moral and recognition. We actually heard about this hunter before during a scene where 3 girls were sitting around the table and talking about Cha Haein clearing a dungeon before. Among those 3 girls were the girl from the Red Gate (that joined jinwoo team) and the girl with the serpent bindings that didnt out jinwoo here and the scarlet witch dressed girl from this raid with the thighmaster clothing. They were having tea and they mentioned 2 other A-ranked hunters trying to get their certification to become captains. Those 2 captains they mentioned were THIS good guy captain and none other than... KIM CHUL, aka IRON. They were talking about how both off these A ranks are trying to become captains but they have different ways of dealing with raids... as we saw, Iron was more than willing to ditch the lower ranks to get the job done for the sake of the misssion, whereas this A rank captain EMBRACES the lower rank to do the mission to protect him AND even tells him to run away even if it costs this team's life, in order to complete the mission and close the gate... Completely different captain mentalities. Just thought i'd share those easter eggs from earlier episodes. Let's see what happens next!
