New exclusive files coming up!

We are excited to share that we've secured some exclusive case files for a very high profile case!

As you can see, it wasn't cheap - $10,000 (not including the credit card fees), if you can believe that! But at least we will have some exclusive footage for you!

Can anyone guess which case it'll be?

Terrorists! Haha they know you'll pay now so they hiking up the fees for info. 😡

Excited for the change from YouTube censorship. Rediculous to hear things like suicide or rape bleeped out when the entire point is to discuss criminal cases where these things happened!

I am not surprised by the fee since this case was extremely high profile. Plus Arizona state law says that they may assess a commercial value to everything they are selling, in addition to the cost of materials and the fee to pay people to prepare them. I hope this investment yields a huge return!!!!

I suspect it’s pretty much what pruna said. I would suppose they effectively see it as the product of work which they carried out and payed for (ignoring the whole tax thing) and thus regardless of it being a completely different thing, it’s a set of “artefacts” or the result of expensive tests and so forth. One thing I’m very unclear on however, is that I presumably would have to pay the same amount if I wanted to get the same information and so would multiple other people so I don’t understand how they could ever rule out having made a profit? If they aren’t allowed to then perhaps it is not deemed as “profit” because the money is being directly invested back into the “account” which it came from. Like when other public services are non-profit…the actual idea is that they are “not for profit” but excess money can be gained so long as it doesn’t get spent to increase the earnings of the people involved. If they make lots and lots of money by selling this type of stuff then it seems like a very good way to not only recoup costs for a police department but potentially to invest even more money back into it. I would imagine that the ultimate cost of a decades long investigation to find a serial killer runs into the millions when it’s all said and done. Therefore I doubt they would ever make a ‘profit’ (regardless of how we define profit) with these particular cases. I presume a…I don’t want to rank them…but a “smaller” case for lack of a better word would be cheaper to get this information from.

Yeah, fees can't be excessive. They need to be adjusted to the actual costs. I would proceed to request a FOIA and see how much they actually spend on those thingies. How much labour goes into it etc. The state shouldn't engage in profiteering. I wonder if that state has a law against that...

date wise it has to be Jodi Arias

Unfortunately they don't tell you why as we asked too! But we almost always have to pay something, but it's worth it when you get a lot of material that's never been seen or heard before.

It has to be the Jodi Arias case. Can't wait to see it!

Excited! Why though does it take $10,000!? Why so much? Im naive to how this all works so genuinely curious!🤩thanks
