Her right arm is doubled up and pressed against her right side, with the elbow against her with rib cage so that most of her forearm and upper arm are hidden underneath her right breast. Her wrist is in front of her right shoulder, and the wrist is bent inward with her fingertips lightly touching the flat area of the center of her upper chest. I think it's a sensual way of posing for her partner to admire as he makes love to her. It would also compliment the playful face she is making at her lover.
