Crusader origin story and B&W pages

It is being colored by Jimbo, and will be submitted somewhere by the end of the next month. Or maybe earlier.

Some of you have been asking me to publish the B&W pages of all the victims.
They were deleted during the TIER change. So I will be uploading them tommorow alongside the Crusader origin story.
