Chapter 18: Freezing Bear!

Lisa and I delved into the domain, I was already in my RIsing Hopper form and when Lisa saw it she was stunned. We passed through many traps and monsters, while we were walking Lisa began to ask about my armor

“So, Jun, can you tell me more about your armor? It’s the first time I have seen it. An armor that boosts the wearer's strength and grants abilities. Did you create it?

“No, it was given to me, I don’t know how it was created but I have an idea of how it works.”

“I noticed a grasshopper came out and it was the same as the thing you used when inserting into your belt.”

“They are called progrisekeys, each progrisekey has the data of an animal on them. When I use them my armor changes and gains the ability of the animal.”

“Do you have more of these progrisekeys?

“I have a total of 6 including the one I’m using. They are the Rising Hopper, Flying Falcon, Biting Shark, Flaming Tiger, Freezing Bear, and Breaking Mammoth.”

“Wow, that is quite a selection. Do you really not know where they came from?”

“I’m sorry no…” They came from the gacha system but I’m skeptical about where they really came from. I know they exist in the shows that I know but this is reality, does it mean all those shows were real and they exist somewhere in the universe or perhaps in an alternate dimension? I don’t know, but I’m thankful to have the power of a Kamen Rider. There may be a reason why I was sent here to Teyvat and I need to grow stronger to prepare myself. There are dangerous monsters around Teyvat, I may have defeated them in the game easily but facing them yourself is a lot more dangerous.

We continued to move forward facing more traps and monsters before reaching the core of the temple. It was a cylindrical stone and emitting anemo energy generating winds around it

“So, I should just break this?”

“Yes, breaking it should stop its connection with Stormterror.”

As I got closer I felt danger coming down on me. I saw lighting coming toward me so I jumped back near Lisa. I then saw an electro abyss mage floating down

“Hahaha, not so fast humans I cannot let you destroy this so easily.”

“An abyss mage what is it doing here? Why is it protecting the core?” Lisa said as she went into a battle stance preparing her grimoire

“This shall be your end humans! Come to me, my minions!”

The abyss mage summoned a group of hilichurls, mitachurls, and samachurls. He also erected an electro shield surrounding himself

“I deal with the hilichurls but I can’t break that shield. We may need to retreat Jun.”

“Don’t worry Lisa, I have the perfect thing to use against him.”

I took the Freezing Bear Progrisekey out of my inventory and pressed the button

[Blizzard!]

A giant mechanical bear covered in clear ice appeared in front of me. Seeing this the hilichurls took a step back

“What is this!” the abyss mage was shocked seeing this scene in front of him

“Ah, so that’s how it will be.” Lisa understood what I was about to do after hearing the announcement and how my armor worked I inserted the progrisekey into the Zero-One driver

[Progrise!]

The bear turned to me and gave me a hug encompassing me. It then broke apart and turned into blue streams of data. My faceplate split into two and moved to my sides and the upper portion of my chest plate moved to my shoulders. The blue streams of data formed a new face. Chest, shoulder, and arm plates as well as gloves for my armor resembling a polar bear with the shoulder and chest plate being see-through. This Kamen Rider Zero-One Freezing Bear form

[Attention freeze!]

[Freezing Bear!]

[Fierce breath as cold as arctic winds]

“Get him!”

The hilichurls charged at us with the abyss mage’s command. I put my hands outward to the middle group of hilichurls, blowing out ice from my palms dividing them creating an opening. I rushed in and took the Attache Calibur out of the inventory

[Bladerise!]

I hacked and slashed the hilichurls near me, quickly defeating them. I guess the enhancement on it works. A mitachurl tries to attack me from behind before it gets struck by lighting

“Now don’t forget me now, you naughty boys need to be taught a lesson.”

Thunder clouds begin to gather above the hilichurls. The clouds crackled with sparks before indiscriminately attacking the hilihchurls

“Yah!”

The hilichurls screamed in pain before dropping like flie

“Don’t get shocked now.”

“Thank you, Lisa.”

I saw three samachurls forming spells aiming at us

“I won’t let you!”

I blasted ice toward freezing them encased in ice before they could scream. The mitachurls charged toward me and I slashed at them when they got near me. Sparks fly with every slash making deep wounds on the mitachurls

*ROAR*

Lisa sent lighting spells toward them backing me up. I sent a freezing blast toward their feet trapping them. I quickly slashed each one of them and they fell to the ground defeated

“This is impossible! How can a human have so much power.” the abyss mage said angrily. He created orbs of electricity sending them towards me. I did not dodge in time and got hit

“Ah!”

“Jun!” Lisa cried out when I got hit

“I’m fine!” I got back up to only see more orbs flying toward me. I dodge them just in time as they hit the wall

“You won’t hit me again that easily!”

I rushed towards the abyss mage while dodging the orbs and occasionally hitting them away with the Attache Calibur. I moved forward and I’m now within range of the abyss mage. I sent frosts of ice toward the abyss mage’s shield, it slowly started to crack before shattering

“Thi-thi-this-s-s ca-ca-can’t-t-t be!”

“Time to finish this!” I pressed the side of my driver and I felt a burst of power coming from my palms.

[Freezing Impact!]

I aimed them toward the abyss mage and blasted a large amount of frost. The abyss mage was encased in ice, my right hand glowed in blue energy. I jumped raising my right hand and brought it down towards the abyss mage
