Ultraman A New Light Ch 12

Shinn, Luna, and Rey advanced toward the battlefield teeming with Pedoleons. Piloting the Force Impulse Gundam, Shinn's mobile suit showcased an impressive color scheme of blue and red on the chest, complemented by white arms and legs. The suit was armed with two "Vajra" Beam Sabers on its Force Silhouette pack, as well as a High-energy Beam Rifle and a Mobile Shield attached to its left forearm.

They arrived and saw the Pedoleons fighting against Orb mobile suits.

Luna had a disgusted expression on her face. “These things are gross. Where did things things come from?”

“We don’t know, but our mission is to exterminate them.” replied Rey.

“Let’s go!” Shinn, his bravery unwavering, went ahead to fight the Kaijus.

“Shinn! Don’t be reckless.” Luna, showing her concern, went after him to back him up, a testament to their unwavering teamwork.

Ginga is bravely battling to protect and rescue people. As he looked on, he witnessed the Impulse and the red and white Zaku swooping in to engage in combat with the Kaijus. “They’re here. With their help, we should clean them up faster.”

Shinn unleashed a barrage of shots from his beam rifle, each blast tearing through the Kaijus with devastating force. Their monstrous forms melted away as the powerful beams pierced through them. As the Pedoleons lunged at him with their menacing tentacles, Shinn soared higher into the sky with lightning speed, effortlessly evading their attacks. With unparalleled skill, he swiftly aimed and took down the thrashing tentacles. “Die! You damn monsters!”

Rey skillfully takes down more Kaijus with precise shots. Suddenly, a tentacle lunges at him from behind, but he swiftly dodges it. In a swift move, he pulls out his Beam Tomahawk and slashes through the tentacle and the nearby Pedoleon with fluid motion! “Shinn! Don’t let yourself get surrounded!”

“I know!”

Lunamaria locks onto her target and unleashes the devastating power of her "Orthros" High-Energy Long-Range Beam Cannon. A brilliant red beam erupts from the cannon, obliterating the lined-up group of Pedoleons in a stunning display of destruction, leaving nothing but scorched marks in its wake. “Yes! Huh!?”

Luna was suddenly jolted by warning signals and caught sight of menacing tentacles closing in on her. Desperately trying to evade them, she swiftly maneuvered out of harm's way, but alas, one of the relentless tentacles snatched her leg before she could escape! “Let go!”

Shinn noticed Lunamaria was in trouble. “Luna!”

Alarms were blaring in the Luna’s cockpit. The leg was about torn off when a plasma blade cut off the tentacles. “Huh!?” 

Luna saw Ginga fly toward the Kaijus and punched through them. “Yah!”

Ginga's powerful punches shattered the Kaijus into pieces, causing their bodies to melt into gooey puddles.

Luna saw Ultraman's power and was amazed. “Amazing, he only needed to hit them. Wait, he can become regular-sized!?”

Shinn was also amazed by his strength. “Awesome…”

Rey looks at Ultraman defeating more Kaijus with ease with a blank expression, but his eyes contain a bit of wariness.

The operation to eliminate the Pedoleons is progressing steadily, though slowly. The Kaijus are launching aggressive attacks, primarily targeting fleeing humans. Ginga has managed to rescue most of them and guide them to a defensive barrier established by Orb soldiers. The mobile suits were unable to provide escort for the civilians, and while some soldiers attempted to assist, many fell prey to the Pedoleons, requiring Ginga's intervention. Amidst the chaos, men, women, and children are desperately running for their lives, finding comfort in the knowledge that Ultraman is there to offer aid. News of his involvement spreads quickly, calming the people and instilling hope in the midst of the crisis.

“It seems things are about to finish. Only a few Pedoleons are left, and the city has evacuated the civilians. Only a bit more.” As Haru continues to vanquish more Pedoleons, the other mobile suits join in to eliminate the remaining Kaijus. The Pedoleons, sensing their imminent defeat, feel trapped. Though they may only be operating on instinct, they are determined to do whatever it takes to ensure their survival.

“SCREEEECCCCCH~”

The Pedoleons who were left gathered together, joining the bodies of their fallen comrades. The shocking scene left everyone wondering what was happening.

“What is happening.” Luna was confused seeing all the puddle remains of the Kaijus moving.

Cagali and Athrun gazed at the monitors in the command center, their unease mounting as they observed the Pedoleon's coalescence into a grotesque, monstrous form. “This is… disgusting.”

Cagali trembled visibly at the horrifying sight, and Athrun instinctively reached out to hold her, trying to calm her down. Haru, feeling a sickening sensation in the pit of his stomach, also sensed an impending horror approaching.

“Something is coming.”

As the Pedoleons gathered, they began to morph into a massive, growing flesh that soon overshadowed the horrified onlookers.

The colossal entity expanded to a staggering 50 meters and manifested appendages and a head. However, instead of eyes, the head featured two tentacle-like antennas serving as sensory organs. The arms were stubby and adorned with long, sinewy tentacles. The creature's form appeared gruesome, with its flesh resembling a grotesque amalgamation of abnormal tissue and cysts proliferating across its body. Small tentacles emerged from the openings of these cysts. Positioned at the center was its mouth, boasting a multitude of razor-sharp teeth and encircled by a mass of cysts, each sprouting tentacles. It was then that the enigmatic Blob Type Space Beast Pedoleon Guros finally unveiled its true form.

“SRRRREEEEEEEAAAACCCCCCHHHHHH”

Everyone watching felt disgusted and horrified looking at the Kaiju. Its grotesque appearance made people sick in their stomachs. Lunamaria felt the urge to vomit, watching it from the beginning. “I’m going to get sick…”

Shinn looks at the Kaiju hatefully. “This thing…”

Cagali could feel the growing danger and the increasing strength of the monster. She was deeply concerned that if it continued to rampage, innocent citizens could be in harm's way. It was crucial to prevent this situation from escalating further. “All forces! Stop that monster at all cost! Don’t let it harm the civilians!” commanded Cagali broadcasting to all channels.

“ROGER!”

The Orb's mobile suits faced a fierce attack as they fired their beam rifles, but the Kaiju remained unfazed, leaving only burn marks. Suddenly, the Kaiju unleashed homing fireballs from its antenna, obliterating several Astrays. With its tentacles, it struck down even more mobile suits, turning the tables and gaining the advantage in this battle!

“You monster! Eat this!”Luna unleashes her Beam Cannon, aiming straight for Pedoleon's neck. The powerful blast inflicts heavy damage, but it only serves to enrage the monstrous beast, redirecting its fury squarely towards her.

“Oh crap!”

In a dazzling flash of light, Ginga refused to allow the Kaiju to wreak havoc any longer and unleashed his incredible power, causing him to grow to a towering height of 50 meters, matching the formidable Kaiju.

“Hah!”

Luna sees Ginga in front of her. “He’s back to being a giant!”

The crowd erupted in cheers as Ginga burst into the scene, igniting a surge of hope. With lightning speed, Ginga charged toward Pedoleon, stirring up a whirlwind of dust as he slammed into it with a forceful elbow strike. Pedoleon staggered backward, but Ginga didn't let up, raining down a barrage of powerful punches to its chest. As Pedoleon retaliated with a swinging arm, Ginga swiftly parried the attack, seizing Pedoleon's arm and delivering a fierce kick to its chest. With a swift leap, Ginga landed a crushing chop to Pedoleon's head, sending shockwaves through the arena.

“He’s doing it! He’s defeating the monster!” said Cagali, cheering for Ginga.

Ginga was gearing up for another devastating attack, but suddenly, a red flash shot out from its mouth, sending Ginga flying hundreds of feet into the air. With a thunderous crash, Ginga slammed into a building, caught off guard by the unexpected move from the Kaiju.

“SREECCHH”

Pedoleon charges at Ginga and seizes him, hurling him across the ground. As Ginga struggles to rise, Pedoleon lashes out with its tentacles, repeatedly sending him crashing back down. Gritting his teeth, Ginga rolls away to evade the onslaught, then launches a daring kick to create some distance. With determination, he lunges at Pedoleon, but the creature swiftly entwines its tentacles around his arms, unleashing a surge of red lightning that jolts Ginga.

“Aah!” Ginga shouts in pain as the red lighting courses through his body.

“SCCRRREEEECCCCHHH”

Pedoleon grabs Ginga and hurls him to the ground over and over again. Ginga struggles to break free, but he's trapped in Pedoleon's grip. As his color timer starts flashing, it's a clear sign that Ginga's energy is running out fast.

Shinn notices a red flashing in Ginga’s color timer. “Hey! What is that red flashing!? That doesn’t look good.”

“He might be running out of energy. His power doesn't seem infinite, and with the amount of damage he is taking. His energy is running low.” Rey inferred.

“Then we need to help him! Luna, Rey, help free Ultraman! I’ll get that monster's attention!”

“Shinn! Don’t be reckless!” said Luna, worried about Shinn's recklessness. “Mou!”

Shinn shoots with his beam rifle at Pedoleon’s head. “Look at me, you monster!”

Ginga sees Shinn attacking Pedoleon. “Shinn!? What are you doing!?”

Shinn equips the "Vajra" Beam Saber and stabs down toward Pedoleon’s head. “Take this!”

“SCRRREEEAAACCCHHH”

“Luna! Rey! Now!”

Luna and Rey take aim at the writhing tentacles ensnaring Ginga and unleash a volley of precise shots. With a satisfying snap, the tentacles shatter, freeing Ginga from the clutches of Pedoleon.

“Yes! He’s free!” Luna rejoices in their success.

As Ginga broke free, he unleashed a powerful kick that sent Pedoleon flying several hundred feet, crashing into buildings. Crossing his arms, his crystals glowed with white plasma, forming an energy blade in his right hand.

“Ginga Saber!”

He swiftly drives the blade into the ground, unleashing a powerful shockwave hurtling towards Pedoleon. The ground ruptures beneath Pedoleon's feet, inflicting substantial damage. Ginga crosses his arms in front of him, then swiftly opens them, forming an L shape with his arms.

“Ginga Cross Shoot!”

A beam of light shoots out from his arm and hits Pedoleon. It screams in pain, and its body then explodes. Everyone cheered for the destruction of the monster and for Ultraman’s help. A black orb then floats toward Ginga’s color timer. Haru stares at the cancer seed. It breaks, revealing the Pedoleon card.

“A new card, huh? I guess you will be added to the collection.”

Ginga looks at Shinn and the others and nods, thankful for their help. The three of them smile at Ultraman’s appreciation. He then flies away, disappearing into the sky.

“There he goes.” said Luna.

“Let’s go back to the Minerva. Our mission is finished.” said Rey.

Cagali relaxes with now everything is over. “It’s finally over. I want a damage report, and I want to make sure to find out if there are any citizens still in trouble!”

“Yes, Representative!” The men went to do what they were told.

“Cagali, you okay?”

“Yes, I’m fine, Athrun. Orb is in distress. I need to know the situation before we can move. Thankfully, the crisis is over.”

“Okay, let me know if you need help.”

“Thank you.”

Haru returned and was saddened by the amount of destruction that had occurred. However, he was thankful that he had saved as many people as he could and believed that the losses were minimal. He returned back to the Minerva, and his friends greeted him.

“Haru! You’re okay!”

“Yeah, thanks for worrying, Vino.”

“Did you encounter any of those monsters?”

“Yes, but I managed to get away. Ultraman defeated them, letting me escape.”

“I see, that’s good. At least everything is over, and we’re safe.”

“I saw Shinn, Luna, and Rey fighting out there. Are they safe?”

“Yes, they’re weren’t any big problems, but I heard Shinn became reckless again.”

“I saw him stab that Kaiju in the head out there, but at least he helped Ultraman defeat it. We should be proud of him.”

“Well, I suppose you’re right. Hurry up and get changed. We’re still in Condition Yellow, and we still have work to do.”

“Sure.”
