Corn had a life lesson today.

To clarify, the sewage will be fixed by the landlord. What the insurance is doing for me is, giving me a presidential suite at a high end hotel for two weeks all costs covered while my landlord fixes the situation.
What did corn learn today?
Well that paying 150€ every four mouths for insurance , it’s quite the deal in situations like this
