With lightning-fast reflexes, Ruby leaped to the side, the guard's body crashing into the wall behind her. Debris and dust filled the air, but she refused to be deterred.
"Nice try, ugly!" she taunted, her voice laced with confidence.
The Venom Henchman let out a thunderous roar, its enraged gaze fixed on Ruby. It charged forward, its massive fists swinging wildly.
Ruby darted to the side, evading the first strike, then quickly backflipped to avoid the second. As the Venom Henchman's fist slammed into the ground, she seized the opportunity.
[GamerGirl101]: "Wow, Scarlet's moves are so smooth! She's really putting Batman's skills to the test."
Reaching for her utility belt, Ruby pulled out a Batarang and hurled it at the Venom Henchman's face. The sharp projectile sliced through the air, striking the creature's eye with precision.
The Venom Henchman howled in pain, its massive hand clutching at the injured eye. Ruby wasted no time, sprinting forward and leaping onto its back, her fingers quickly locating a weak spot in the mutated flesh.
[XxEdgeLordxX]: "Yeah, that's it! Tear that freak apart, Scarlet!"
With a forceful push, Ruby jammed her elbow into the Venom Henchman's neck, causing it to stagger and lose its balance. She then flipped over its shoulder, landing in front of the hulking figure, ready to continue her assault.
[LadyLoki]: "Scarlet's really holding her own! I can't believe how well she's handling this fight."
The Venom Henchman, its injured eye still oozing, let out a guttural roar and charged towards Ruby, its massive fist raised high. Ruby braced herself, her mind racing as she analyzed the creature's movements, searching for an opening.
As the Venom Henchman's fist came crashing down, Ruby darted to the side, narrowly avoiding the strike. She then unleashed a flurry of precision strikes, her fists and feet connecting with the mutated flesh, each blow delivered with the calculated efficiency of the Dark Knight himself.
[MuscleManiac]: "Woah, look at those combos! Scarlet's putting on a show!"
The Venom Henchman staggered, its massive frame beginning to falter under the relentless assault. Ruby could see the creature's movements slowing, its strength waning.
Seizing the opportunity, Ruby reached for her utility belt once more, retrieving a small device. With a press of a button, the device emitted a high-pitched sonic pulse, disorienting the Venom Henchman and causing it to stumble.
Ruby watched in stunned silence as the Venom Henchman suddenly clutched its head, grunting in pain. To her surprise, the creature's heart burst, and it collapsed to the ground, lifeless.
"Well, that was unexpected, wasn't it?" Joker's mocking voice rang out. "Oh well, note to self, need stronger test subjects. Seeing as how I'm feeling generous, I'll give you this one for free."
Ruby's gaze snapped towards the Joker, who stood at the edge of the platform, a twisted grin plastered on his face.
"Knock me off, I dare you!" he taunted. "End this, pull the plug, stop me once and for all."
[MuscleManiac]: "Come on, Scarlet! Take that creep out once and for all!"
Ruby's finger hovered over the Batarang, ready to let it fly towards the Joker. But just as she was about to release it, a warning sign appeared in front of her, freezing her in her tracks.
[Warning! Batman has a no-kill policy. Killing the Joker would end the simulation.]
Ruby's eyes widened in surprise. "Wait, what?" she muttered, turning her attention to the chat.
[GamerGirl101]: "Whoa, a no-kill policy? That's intense. I wonder why Batman has that rule?"
[LadyLoki]: "Yeah, I'm curious to see what happens if you don't take the Joker out. Maybe there's more to this than we think."
Ruby bit her lip, contemplating her next move. While some viewers were still urging her to eliminate the Joker, the majority seemed intrigued by the unexpected twist. Deciding to heed the warning, Ruby lowered the Batarang, her gaze fixed on the Joker's taunting figure.
"Alright, chat, looks like I can't just take him out," she said, her voice tinged with uncertainty. "Let's see what happens next. I'm as curious as you are."
Ruby watched in frustration as the Joker's taunting laughter echoed through the asylum. The platform he stood on began to move, taking him deeper into the facility.
"You're becoming too predictable, Bats!" the Joker called out, his voice dripping with amusement. "I'd love to stay and chat, but I have a party to organize. I have guests flying in from all over Arkham. You'll see."
Ruby gritted her teeth, wanting nothing more than to chase after the Joker and put an end to his twisted schemes. But the warning she had received moments earlier still weighed heavily on her mind. She couldn't ignore Batman's strict no-kill policy, no matter how tempting it might be.
As the platform disappeared behind a closing door, Ruby caught a final glimpse of the Joker's taunting face. She knew she had to find a way to stop him, but she couldn't help but wonder what kind of "party" the Joker had planned for his Arkham guests.
Ruby turned her attention to the chat, where her viewers were already buzzing with speculation and theories.
[GamerGirl101]: "Ugh, the Joker is such a jerk! I can't believe Batman can't just take him out."
[LadyLoki]: "I get why there is a no-kill rule, but it's gotta be so frustrating dealing with someone as crazy as the Joker."
[MuscleManiac]: "Come on, Scarlet! You can't let that clown get away. Time to put him down for good!"
Ruby listened to the varying reactions from her chat, her mind racing as she tried to figure out her next move. She knew she had to stop the Joker, but she couldn't ignore Batman's principles. She took a deep breath, trying to channel the Dark Knight's unwavering determination.
"Alright, chat, I hear you," Ruby said, her voice calm and focused. "But we're going to have to do this the Batman way. No matter how much the Joker deserves it, I can't just take him out. We've got to find another way to stop him and his 'party' plans."
Ruby turned her attention back to the asylum, her eyes scanning the environment for any clues or opportunities that might help her track down the Joker and his guests. She knew the road ahead would be challenging, but she was determined to uphold Batman's legacy and put an end to the Joker's chaos.
