Watch the previously on segment for Buffy Season 5 episode 22 before watching the episode. Even if you have to find it on YouTube or something to do it. It is the only previously on segment in either show that matters. I'll won't say to much other than to say that the season 5 finale is also episode 100 so it was a bit of a milestone for the series.
