2021-03-27 12:32:02 +0000 UTCI hate this cure story line. Just let Elena be happy for once. Her friends and Stefan shouldn't be making her feel bad just because she is not the same any more. People grow and evolve. It's called growing up. They just need to back off. Just because somebody doesn't behave the way you want them to doesn't mean there is something wrong with them.

2018-08-06 23:50:29 +0000 UTCI just got to your rant in the middle of 4x07, and I wish I was there with you, so I could give you a standing ovation! I mean, yes, Elena would love to be human again, and because she wants the cure, I wish I could say I love Stefan for putting so much effort into getting it for her. But I can’t because he’s not doing it for her, he’s doing it for himself. To me, it’s kind of like, let’s say instead of a vampire wanting to be human, Elena was just a normal human girl who told her boyfriend she wanted to try to lose some weight. If he says, “I love you the way you are, but if this is what you want I support you; tell me if there’s anything I can do to help,” he’s being a great boyfriend. If he says, “Thank God! You’ve gotten fat and I can barely stand to look at you anymore, so I’ll help you any way I can,” he’s NOT being a good boyfriend. Sure, both guys are offering to help her achieve a goal she wants for herself, but one of them is being loving and supportive and the other is being a dick.

2018-08-06 19:15:55 +0000 UTCASR now that you have seen this episode you definitely have to watch Juli DG's reaction to the end of the episode and mainly the Delena scenes throughout. Her reaction was hilarious and really similar to mine when I first saw the episode when it aired.
