May is right that Coulson is not objective when it comes to Skye. Neither is she. And Coulson did make mistakes. He's not perfect. Looking at everything from May's POV you can see why she is not blindly following Coulson. Coulson wouldn't want her blindly following him. He depends on her to keep him grounded and offer her perspective. As for Mack leaving - look at it form his viewpoint as well. He was under an Alien's control and a he was part of what happened during that whole thing. He also saw Coulson go unhinged when he was in the memory machine and when he was obsessed with the alien writing. AOS offers up real people with strengths and weaknesses, and characters that call each other out. The characters are deeply layered and grow substantially throughout the show's episodes. Also the twists and turns of this show are amazing. Next two episodes are the Season Finale - 2 parts and I can't wait to see your reactions.

2018-09-03 22:53:53 +0000 UTCThe Kara/May thing was supposed to be misdirection. In the scenes leading up to the reveal, they show May in multiple places at the same time, so that was Kara used her mask thingy to change into May and get Bobbi away from everybody else.
