the felicity call ended right before he entered the office as far as I remember. I would have to go back and double check so they just cut to him walking in the room.

I just have to weigh in on the comment about bad acting on Arrow. Stephen Amell plays 3 different personas on any given week. Seldom do you see an actor capable of doing that. He knows his character so well, he does it 3 different ways!

Wow, I just saw you were doing "The Flash" I LOVED this show, but I stopped watching in season 2. I realized that they were going to constantly cross over and I really dont like The Arrow. I just feel like the acting on that show was bad (like The Originals bad). I Love Barry and all the people on this show, so can't wait to see what you think of it. Great pilot wasn't it!

I think they removed the scene(s) with Barry talking on the phone to Felicity because at the time this Pilot originally aired, a bunch of people saw it without first having been regular viewers of Arrow. So, if they would have seen Barry talking to Felicity on the phone, they'd have wondered "who is this Felicity woman and why is he talking to her?" I originally saw the first couple of episodes of Arrow, then stopped watching. Then I saw this Flash pilot. When Barry talked to Oliver on the rooftop, I remembered the Arrow, and began watching it again to sync up.

You were really fangirling during this episode. It was pretty cool. I think before this Pilot Barry had gone to meet with Felicity, and he met Arrow then. I'm pretty sure it was on the Arrow episode that showed that same week. That's maybe why the call to Felicity was left out? Also makes it necessary to watch all these Arrowverse shows in coordination. I never read the Flash comic books so most of this,was new to me.
