I liked the show. I never read the books so I don't suffer by comparison. I liked the characters and the actors that played them. It also gets much better as it progresses.

2019-01-22 02:28:44 +0000 UTCIf I adopt I would tell them before they understand and after. It is the adoptive parents choice, but in a medical emergency it HAS to come out anyway so why wait? Besides... It's really wrong in my mind to just let a child be in the dark and not find out til way later. It'll hurt more to find something like that out as an adult.

2019-01-20 21:07:21 +0000 UTCI do agree that compared to the books, this show is pretty low quality. But without the books to compare to, it is not that bad of a show, and the casting for Zedd was pretty well done, if not for all of the characters. The Sword of Truth series is a great set of books.

2019-01-20 20:24:18 +0000 UTCI agree. It is a bit generic once you remove the book. It's still fine. I think I like it better then Toasted and less then Strange. Still better then the movie at least (I know the movie The Seeker is an adaptation of The Dark is Rising, and thus not related at all, but the joke still fit).
