I feel sorry for Connor, he isn't used to being around females in a sexual way. Fred was basically a surrogate mother while Angel was "missing." We all saw how Connor was around Sunny at the end of season 3, he clung onto her in some sense. He was taking care of amnesia Cordy so obviously they grew close, she got her memories back and still stayed with him so of course he is going to catch some sort of feelings for her and then he lost his virginity only for her to basically imply that she regretted it and that it will never happen again. Poor lad.

Always did feel bad for Lilah. Was always clear to me that she genuinely had feelings for him. She was always showing up, checking on him, trying to win him over. Probably the first person other than herself she truly cared about for a long time, and he just cuts her loose.

Aw, poor Shan! I forgot that there were even zombies in this episode, since there's a fair bit of season 4 I've only watched once. For me, this is really not a good episode. Pretty boring on re-watch ( since I'm not freaked by zombies), not really much of a plot. Ok, it should be major that Wolfram & Hart have been taken out, but it's all a bit 'meh'. And we still have the grossness of Connor/Cordy - poor Angel cakes. The only parts of it I really like, are the scenes between Wesley and Lilah.

I don't have a problem with zombies per se but the thing that bothers me about this ep is that they didn't explain why the dead became zombies and how. At least in The Thin Dead Line, you knew how it happened. In this one, it was like well, we need a challenge for the group to face, otherwise they would find Connor and the Beast too quickly, so let's make everyone zombies.
