I genuinely find it interesting. The New Deal was a series of programs instituted by Franklin D. Roosevelt (the president that called them) that led us out of the Great Depression in the 1930's.

They should have given Amaya a different codename or just simply call her Amaya, with no codename. And yes, Ray did meet Mari McCabe/Vixen in Season 2 of the cartoon AKA the 2nd half of The Movie.
