This was the only back door pilot that should have been picked up especially since it was the only one with established loved characters unlike the other back door pilots.

I like Legacies alot I just wish this had been picked up also. I could have done without the subpar Charmed and Roswell remakes. I tried but they are just not near as good as the originals. Too much different in story and too woke.

Yeah, I forget which episode but there was another one where someone told her it was a backdoor pilot but it wasn't.

The only other back door pilot was Bloodlines with the guy becoming a hunter and the monster families. Anything else was just a episode done differently with focus on other characters. This was the big one where everyone thought it might actually have a chance. People liked this one because we knew the characters and liked them from being setup and popping up in several episodes before so it was almost like all their eps became one big backdoor pilot but then the network passed on it and that sucked. We could have already had a couple seasons by now.

I liked getting Legacies but the Roswell and Charmed Reboots haven't been great tried to watch and they are so so watched the first seasons, they are ok but no where near as good as the originals. I would have loved to get the Wayward Sisters spinoff. I like Jodie and Donna and Claire and Alex etc. I was waiting for it and then they dropped. Even if we got the other shows they should have picked this one up. It's like the writers had faith we could like another show in the same world without the brothers but the execs just couldn't give it a chance. It might not have lasted 10 seasons or something but I think it could have made a good show.

Wayward Sisters was the Supernatural spinoff WE deserved but the CW thought they wouldn't get the viewers without The Winchesters which is crazy bc we all told them we loved it but they went with Legacies and Charmed whatever!!😎👌⚔

It's definitely a fresh new take on the TVD verse, some love it some hate it, but one things for sure is that the quality is stellar and the storylines on point. I strongly encourage watching

This is the backdoor pilot everyone wishes had gone further and I still haven't given up hope that it may happen. No spoilers, but the story is later resolved in Supernatural.

The CW said Legacies was more the direction they wanted to go, not really sure what they meant but hey, at least we still got Legacies instead of neither

Unfortunately no, there was so much fan support for this spin off but the CW execs decided to pick up the TVD/TO spin off Legacies instead. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love Legacies, but I still wish we had gotten Wayward Sisters
