I really like that explanation. I think that's exactly why it was so important time-wise. He wanted to be there in real time, so he's the same age he'd truly be at the time of birth. You could also look at it as him wanting to have the memory of the birth in the right chronological order in his own brain, rather than fitting it in when they can.

Like if he would spent like you said 20 years on this ship and travel to the moment of Ronnie's birth - it would be Ronnie from "other time". Because Ronnie from his time would be 20 yo. Like - the legends are travelling through time but still keeping track of "their time". I don't know if I explained what I mean exactly xd

I understand time travel is difficult concept/not real and also understand they have to set some sort of limitation on what they are able to due or there would never be any sort of conflict in regards to having a time frame to complete somthing but it honestly just sounds so ubsrud.. oh no I won't make it on time!!

Her real name in the comics is Adrianna Tomaz, here it's Zari Tomaz. Also, little Ray Palmer's actor played Talbot's son on Agents of SHIELD after appearing in this episode.
