2020-09-19 11:00:07 +0000 UTCHere's what I got: Wise Guy Number 4587 is a reference to one of Marc Guggenhiem's (one of the developers of the Arrowverse itself) favorite show “Wise Guy” as the number was one of the main character's indent code. It is used for Zari's brother's cell number and has additional significance in Arrow.

She bears the water totem. She was killed at the end of the animated series, and brought back to life here. When she came out of the lake, they made a point of saying her name. People who saw the Vixen animated series were supposed to remember her. Maybe Ray doesn't recognize her because her hair is short now, or as far as he knows, she's dead. Not a spoiler Tony, Shan has seen it. Also, by the time this future takes place, Lyla might have retired or been fired and replaced with someone who would allow this.
