2019-04-11 04:40:40 +0000 UTCMy personal theory on why other hunters get killed all the time is that all they have in their lives is being a hunter. They don't really have anything else that gives them a reason for living. I mean, the life of a hunter seems like it sucks, and without some other strong emotional connection to make you want to live, I can imagine reaching a point where you just lose the will to fight. It might only be for a moment, but sometimes that's all it takes. Dean and Sam have each other, and they had Bobby, and Bobby had the boys, which gives them something more than just being a hunter to give them a reason to want to keep going.

2019-04-11 03:43:27 +0000 UTCI really liked seeing Bobby back working with the boys again in this episode. I think most of the other hunters we come across are basically the Red Shirts of supernatural. If you know what that reference is from, you'll know what that means.
