You comment about demon powers in the previous episode - the ability to fling people around is not universal in demons. Lower demons don't have that power. Ruby didn't have that power. Meg didn't have that power. The stronger the demon, the more powers they have. So Crowley can do things most other demons can't. The fact that he hasn't killed Sam and Dean with those powers is interesting. I think he sees them as amusing, and entertainment. They make "life" interesting. I like Sammy's hair this season. He's looking pretty good. So is Dean. lol Sorry about Cas. Yet again, he's gone.
