2019-05-23 19:45:01 +0000 UTCYou are correct that it is before Arrow 3x22. I intentionally went out of order on the watch order. I told her why after she watched, but I can share with the group. This cross over takes place while Oliver is in Starling during Arrow 3x21. But Oliver isn't revealed to be faking it with the league until 3x22. So rather then ruin that (admittedly not very shocking) reveal, I just went a bit out of order.

2019-05-23 12:15:10 +0000 UTCThe movie was ok. Not good, not great. Just OK. Even though it was just under 2 hours long, it felt lacking in plot and storyline. I think if it were about 20 minutes longer, they could have had that. In addition, the CGI effects looked weird. They should have done a better job. Plus, the guy playing Barry Allen / The Flash was ok, but not as good as Grant Gustin. Also, they changed his origin a little. He became The Flash before even joining the police force as a CSI. They made him a loner tech geek / computer guy, more like a Cisco, and with that awful emo haircut.
