So glad to see this! I really hope you end up picking it up. I know you said you don't want to react to it when everyone else is, but now might actually be a great time because so many people will be looking to watch reactors, which might bring in lots more patrons. Just something to consider :) As lots of people here have said- S1 is the worst season by far and, in my opinion, the pilot is the worst episode of S1. It gets better every episode from here on out. The pilot is super hectic, which I think is supposed to reflect Clary's life right now. She has no idea what's going on and her life has just been turned upside down. Once things start making more sense for her, they also start making more sense for the viewer. And don't worry, you will get a detailed explanation of what a shadowhunter and everything else is :). Jace is not great at explaining things, nor is patience really one of his virtues lol. Someone else will give Clary a more thorough explanation :)

This show is just as amazing as all of Whedons shows in my opinion. I dont feel you'd over saturate anything. Also yes Alec(Matt) is amazing. Lastly Magnus's eyes weren't snake they were cat. I'm sorry I had to make that correction. Thank you Rudy!!!๐
