The Damon and Stefan reunion at the end of this episode is by far the best moment of this season so far. It get me so emotional every time I see it . I love both Salvatore brothers but Damon is my favorite character and any really emotional moment with him makes me cry. I really liked that they focused on the brothers for Damon's return as well. The music just adds so much to the scene. They always have the best music playing in the background of the most pivotal and epic scenes. The music director on this show is phenomenal at his job.

"Now he (Stefan) can stop being a dick" I laughed bc it's true :D And yeah, I enjoyed season 6 much more than season 5 from the beginning, too. Season 5's best part was the short stretch of episodes that had Qetsiyah in them, bc her vs Silas was super entertaining, but the rest was meh. Season 6 already starts out much stronger, I agree! :)
