2019-07-10 17:30:19 +0000 UTCFrom my understanding, given that the whole ultra thing is not in the comics and I haven't seen season two yet, but it seems to me that the ultra thing is just bull. It's something they use to explain away certain things. The kids they sacrifice went "ultra" and weren't seen again. They were going to sacrifice Frank but then didn't have to because that kid got shot, so he "failed to go ultra". That's my take on it.
