Not every show gets released on dvd and The Fosters is one that is not available on dvd and possibly will never be on dvd. I can't think of any ABC Family/Freeform series that has been released on dvd for the past few years. Believe it not but TV series dvd sets are not selling as well as 10 years ago probably because streaming is now the preferred way to watch shows. I prefer to watch on streaming myself but like to have dvds as a backup for when the show is not available to stream.
