Thank you for pointing out Stefan's hypocrisy here -- telling Damon to fight Sybil's influence. Stefan is right there, also under her control, but he's been under her control for 30 seconds whereas Damon's been under her control for months, but for some reason Stefan feels justified in getting upset with Damon for not doing something Stefan himself is incapable of doing. Oh, also... this episode kind of proved the point Damon made in 8x01. Why is Sarah dead? Because Enzo still had some emotional tie to her and Sybil was able to find that connection in his mind. If he'd done what Damon said and turned it off, Sarah would still be alive.
