Yeah, the cat murder was difficult to watch. Even though it was offscreen and all you saw was their faces reacting, it was still heart wrenching. I love how you kept yelling at him the rest of the episode.

In the flashbacks it was her first birthday since being kidnapped. The car accident happened on their way from their Bar Mitzvah, wich I googled and the ceremony seems to be held either the day after or the first sunday after your 13th birthday. So Beth was in captivity for almost a full year by this point(((
